Enrollment in the Program constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you should not enroll or participate in the Program.

The Program provides coaching and mentoring to new-to-industry travel agents, covering topics such as business setup, sales strategies, client servicing, and more. The Program is educational in nature and does not constitute financial, legal, or professional advice.

While the Program aims to provide valuable insights and guidance, Travel Genius Coaching does not guarantee specific results, including but not limited to financial success, client acquisition, or business growth. Your outcomes depend on your own efforts, skills, market conditions, and other factors outside our control.

Program fees must be paid in full prior to accessing the materials or sessions.

All payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in the Program's promotional materials.

All content provided in the Program, including but not limited to videos, written materials, templates, and guides, is the intellectual property of Travel Genius Coaching, a subsidiary of Dreams Delivered Travel, LLC. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the materials for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Redistribution, reproduction, or resale of the materials is strictly prohibited.

You may receive access to proprietary information, tools, and strategies as part of the Program. You agree not to disclose, share, or distribute this information to any third party without prior written consent.

To ensure a positive and productive learning environment, participants must:

Act respectfully toward the coach and other participants.

Refrain from disruptive or inappropriate behavior.

Comply with all instructions and Program guidelines. Travel Genius Coaching reserves the right to remove participants who violate this code of conduct without a refund.

The Program and all associated materials are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Travel Genius Coaching, a subsidiary of Dreams Delivered Travel, LLC, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your participation in the Program. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Program.

Travel Genius Coaching reserves the right to terminate your access to the Program at any time if you violate these terms and conditions. No refunds will be issued for terminations resulting from violations.

These terms and conditions may be updated from time to time. Continued participation in the Program after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Dreams Delivered Travel, LLC operates.
